We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Analyst/Consultants toimprove our company's strategies and competitiveness and help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, improving sales revenue, and building a sustainable customer base.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Evaluating and improving sales strategies, as well as identifying new customers.
- Analyzing consumer behavior to meet product demand and preferences.
- Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
- Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained income.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
- Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
- Ability to advise on strategic industry partnerships.

The candidate should be able to handle our social media initiatives and implement successful marketing practices.
For this role, the candidate should have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate and be familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for online content. If you’re a tech-savvy professional with interest in the latest trends in digital technologies, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, the candidate should strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness through effective social media strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market-place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations and should come-up with recommendations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
- Analyse user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
- Report on web traffic from all social mediaeg. Instagram, Facebook, Quora, Youtube, etc.
- Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects
- Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness and design advertising campaigns
- Preparation of monthly social media posting planner and collaborate with Design team to get graphics, social media content and ad campaigns implemented
- Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of Market Research Analysis & Social Media experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
